We sanitize regularly before moving in and moving out. Unlike local contractors, we don’t keep any hidden charges from our customers. We evaluate our sites with advanced measurement tools and colour selection techniques and charge per square feet/unit for the work we do. And last but not the least we bring you variety of products and services to choose from each with finest quality.

Our team comes with a very strong background & experience in paints, construction, project management & client servicing and we believe that with better usage of technology, communications and expertise, we can create a hassle-free painting experience for our user and mitigate all the existing glitches.And that’s when Pro Assist was created, as a one stop solution for all the construction and interiors needs, starting from scratch to handing over the complete & clean site to the customer.

Ans: We are located in the city of Mohali, the it hub of Punjab.

Ans. Though our working timings are from 09:00 am to 07:00 pm, but you can contact us anytime on any working day & we will attend to your query.

Soon you will receive call from us to understand your requirement and fix a date for site visit. Then, as per your convenience, our executives will visit the site for evaluation, product and colour consultation, post which you’ll receive a digital estimate. Once quotation is accepted, we shall begin work on the date you propose. We’re always available for any further clarification.

Ans. Our team is professional and well trained but still site manager will be available for site supervision, monitoring progress and to share regular updates. He’ll be your point of contact for any assistance.

Ans. There are two different types of warranties:

a) Product warranty: The one provided by various brands and companies.

b) Service warranty: We provide 1-2 years of painting service warranty on specific range of painting systems.

Ans. Re-painting work starts with masking of furniture and other valuable items. Then begins the sanding of existing old paint, if required. With touch up putty along with 1 coat of primer and 2 to 3 coats of paint (depending on the requirement), this refresh painting will give a new look to your home.

Ans. Putty is a soft dough like paste made with ground chalk and linseed oil which hardens after few hours. It is used to fill holes, to repair imperfections & minor cracks on wall surfaces. Applying putty on the walls before painting give them a smooth and even canvas for painters to paint on efficiently.

Ans. Primer is an undercoat done before painting which ensures better adhesion of paint to the surface, increases paint durability and provides additional protection to the sub strata of the space being painted.

Ans. Everyone does research before selecting any product. To select paint, you need to think,

a) The finish you want- sheen or matt.

b) What would you prefer, Water based or Oil based paint.

Every product has its pros and cons. That’s where we step in and help you during our site consultation.

Ans:- Distempers also known as cement paint/whitewash, are the most economical type of paint with constituting chalk, lime and colour pigment and is water based. Distempers does not possess high washable properties and slowly fades away. However, Emulsions are differentiated by their acrylic nature. They are washable but are costlier than distempers. Emulsions have longer life than distempers. Nonetheless, there are number of low-cost emulsions available in the market as better alternative to distempers.

Ans: Enamels traditionally are oil-based paints available in satin and high gloss finish with heat resistant properties. They are commonly used on wooden and metal surfaces and due to their workability can also be used on kitchen and restroom walls. PU Coatings is a layer of polyurethane that is applied to a material’s surface in order to protect it from corrosion, weathering, abrasion and degradation that happens to material over time. On wood, it gives surface a special level of finish which other coatings are not able to provide.

Ans. While we refer to paints which are oil based or water based, we actually talk about solvent used in the paint (the liquid component of the paints that evaporates as the paints dry).

01) Oil based paints usually known as enamels, have high VOCs (volatile organic compound) value as compared to water-based These vapours are generally harmful for environment and human health and has a strong odour and is flammable.

02) Oil based paints have higher sheen when applied, however sheen become duller over time. While water-based paints achieve lower sheen, but they maintain it over a longer period of time.

Ans. Paints are available in different finishes, flat aka Matt, Sheen, Satin & Glossy.

Ans. Once painting is done, the same team will clean up and collect the waste material and dispose it off. All you have to do is sit back and relax while our does the cleaning works.
